Photomctography

So I own a nice SLR camera, and am particularly interested in Photography. I’m not particularly good at it mind you, but I’m learning as I go, which can be difficult given getting into situations to take photos can often make you look like a nonce. Because of this inate fear, it means you’ll miss some amazing opportunities. My flikr is somewhat populated at the moment, but I am going to start getting into the idea of taking photos regularly as soon as exam time finishes (this week).

So right now I’ve got a Canon 450D (always loved Canon’s…) with the kit 15-55mm lens. I do plan on buying a fisheye lens for some funky urban shots and a new EF-S 18-200mm lens (Canon, again). As we all know, the lenses are more expensive then the bodies themselves.

So hopefully over the coming weeks/months I progress in my quest to become somewhat decent at snapping things. No, I won’t be involved in snapping random flowers… I’m more engaged with urban things, with lights. Glowing lights. Mmmm….
